At PERMISSION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
